Hi I’m Mel.
I’m not a nutritionist or a food scientist.
I’m someone who’s lived through the confusing, frustrating, and often isolating world of food intolerances and food preferences for over 20 years— and found a way to make meal times feel good again.
As I got older, my food intolerances grew too. Instead of eating the same meal on repeat or cooking different meals for dinner. I learned how to make food that worked for me and tasted good enough to share with my loved ones. I started developing simple, flexible ways to feed myself and others without stress, shame, or restriction.
Along the way, I’ve produced food events (both personally and professionally) — because for me, food has always been about connection, sharing, celebration, and joy.
And with over 20 years of consulting experience working one-on-one with individuals, I know how to listen deeply, spot patterns quickly, and help people find what actually works for them.
This isn’t about rules or perfection. It’s about helping you feel calm, confident, and clear — in your kitchen and in your body.
