Everything here is a yes from me. My kids love traditional sushi but I won’t eat it. What you have here looks right up my alley. Next time I make sushi I will make half vegan using these recipes.

Smoked beetroot, vegan garlic cream cheese, mango AND carrot??? Ah, okay, I'm hooked! Since it is mango season already, I had plans to make some summer rolls. Now vegan sushi?! Hell, yes! 🙌
